The Mill Adventure has promoted Cristina Grigore to Chief of Staff, placing a long-standing leader at the centre of its next phase of growth.

During more than four years at The Mill Adventure, Grigore has played a central role in shaping its culture and internal operations. Her knowledge of the organisation, combined with her experience across people leadership and strategic operations, positions her to align the leadership team and turn priorities into coordinated action as the company scales across more markets, teams and strategic priorities.

The Chief of Staff role is a practical response to where The Mill Adventure is now. Expanding across multiple regulated markets simultaneously demands a central function that reduces friction, accelerates decision-making and ensures strategic priorities don't get lost in execution. That is the mandate Grigore steps into.

The promotion follows two other recent senior leadership appointments: Gerardo Prieto as Chief Information Security Officer and Bjørnar Heggernes as Chief Commercial Officer. Together, these appointments strengthen the commercial, security and organisational leadership needed for the company's next phase of regulated market growth.

Cristina Grigore, Chief of Staff at The Mill Adventure, said:

I couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity to step outside of my core competencies, grown over 15 years of leading People teams, into a space where strategy is built. I welcome the challenge of making direct impact on the business direction and inherently, the future of an inspiring company like The Mill Adventure.

Dario Arruda, Co-founder and CEO at The Mill Adventure, said:

Cristina has been a driving force behind our culture, one that values authenticity, collaboration and curiosity as much as it does innovation and performance.

Her strategic acumen and deep understanding of organisational dynamics have been instrumental in helping The Mill Adventure evolve from a startup platform company into a cohesive, high-performing organisation. As Chief of Staff, Cristina will play a pivotal role in steering our next phase of growth, fostering alignment and turning complexity into opportunity.
