The Mill Adventure, iGaming platform and white-label solutions provider, names Cristina Grigore as its Chief People Officer — introducing a new role to its C-suite.

As chief people officer, Grigore will oversee accomplishing the company’s people agenda focusing on team culture, employee satisfaction and experience, as well as talent attraction and retention. The C-level chair dedicated to the People function underscores the company’s commitment to a people-first approach, which prioritizes employee experience and well-being, and demonstrates its understanding of its team’s significance in business sustainability and success.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to play a part in the evolution of such an amazing team and company, and excited to start this new challenge,” shared Cristina Grigore. “Having the HR function represented at the leadership table helps ensure that every key decision at The Mill Adventure reflects our company culture and puts our employees first.”

Grigore held the Head of Human Resources position at The Mill Adventure for the last two years, contributing to the team’s significant growth, culture building, and strategy execution. A certified leadership coach, she has more than 10 years of experience in people-related functions within international companies, primarily in the technology sector, in Malta and Romania.

Commenting on the appointment, Dario Arruda, CEO of the Mill Adventure, said, “I am thrilled to have Cristina in this key leadership role. Her hard work, unique approach, and insights into nurturing and developing talent within the company have been fundamental to The Mill Adventure’s success. Having a people leader like her at the helm of the organization is yet another statement of our commitment, not just to the growth our company, but to the empowerment of our employees.”

The appointment is the latest strategic initiative in The Mill Adventure’s broader goal of strengthening its leadership, including the new commercial director and chief technology officer roles announced earlier this year.
